Ryan was going to invite Taylor to Chrismakauha (sp?) but then he got a letter from Marissa that had been lost in the mail. Taylor went to find Ryan to give him his Christmas gift and he didn't want the present and he didn't want to invite her to dinner because of the letter from Marissa. He was on the roof hanging decorations and Taylor climbed a ladder to talk to him. They both fell and were knocked unconscious, that's when they were in the alt universe.

Did anyone think tonight's episode was amazing? I think that this was one of the best episodes - EVER. Summer was hilarious!! The whole thing was great.

Oh, yeah. I loved this episode, too! Summer was awesome. I was kind of hoping that we'd see Marissa again, but I know that would never happen because of the way she "left" the show.

I thought last night's episode was super cheesy, but a perfect Christmakkuh episode. I liked seeing Kaitlin become a brain, Seth be a huge dork and Summer a...well, I don't know what to call her alt-universe persona! It was good to see Jimmy again too.

I will be so happy if the show show does another season!

I have a question in relation to last season. I haven't been able to catch any episodes since. How did Marissa die? What happened? I can't believe she left the show.

Marrissa died in a rollover car accident that she and Ryan were both in. Volchek rammed his vehicle into theirs sending them over a hill to a lower road.

This last episode was really good though. We got to see how much Ryan has changed all of their lives for the better! And he actually gave Marrissa three more years to live!

She decided not to go to college and decided to go work on a boat with her dad washing dishes and stuff. Ryan was taking her to the airport, and Volchok was tailing them. He ended up pushing Ryan's car off the road, which rolled down a hill and landed on the road, and then she died in Ryan's arms.
