i just spent the past 10 minutes on youtube, watching and rewatching the ipod shuffle commercial (you know, the 'put some music on' one where people change clothes) trying to figure out how they seamlessly blended everyone together.

worst part? i still don't know!!!!

I'm curious about this... do you have the link to the commercial? I wouldn't know the right one if I were looking at it... I don't watch TV but a few hours a week so I'm out of the commercial loop

My confession is that I haven't washed my hair in 3 days. I'm the most disgusting slimeball ever. Please rest assured that this is not a normal occurrence. Usually I wash it once, if not twice, in a 24 hour period. Also, rest assured I have not seen anyone to know that I'm a slimeball. I work from home and most of my finals were online this semester, so I've basically been holed up in my apartment all alone for a few days studying, taking exams, and working....

ha! that's hilarious that you keep track of all your missed workouts. maybe you can do a bunch of mini-workouts in your office and count some of them to make up your deficit. hee.

yup!  totally keep track... literally have an excel spreadsheet that has what i eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack, exercise, weight and a new category that states "How many times behind in exercising!"

problem is with my deficit is that i also decided that in order to constitute it as "exercise" it must last 1/2 hour.  *sigh* so basically, i'll never catch up before the end of the year!  eff it!
