I want to get this for my mom who's a size 8, but I know F21 runs small, do you think this would fit my mom in a Large?  She has a small chest and broad shoulders.  With her expanding belly, I thought this would be cute.

Why, yes, I am. :) I think your best bet would be a large. Their sizing is so weird. I can wear a small in the shirts, but have to get a large in the dresses- I'm thinking this would apply to their coats, as well.

I'm an 8 in dresses and coats, usually. And I'd go with a large.

I also say she's probably a large. Their coats run small, IMO.
