The same thing happens to me. I wear camis under for work...but otherwise, you could always have a snap sewn in to keep it closed a little more...or get a bra that's a bit cutaway.

I third the cami suggestion. I have a lot of wrap (or faux-wrap) type dresses, and a cami works wonders for times when I don't want the girls to be so "out".

I have a DVF Jeanne dress and I can only wear it with a camisole underneath, otherwise I'm showing WAY too much cleavage.

I have this problem too with one of my dvfs. That is one of the main reasons I started sizing up on the wrap styles.
When I wear that dress, either I wear a cami under it, or go the old-school route and use a safety pin which seems to work pretty well if you do it carefully.
