Victoria's Secret has (had?) a great one, I have it in white and nude. It's an adjustable T-back, lycra (so it helps to hide my problem area and muffin tops), and stays put. I was luck enough to grab mine at their semi-annual sale, but they may still have some available.
I also have on from Banana Republic that has less lycra but doesn't stay put as well..

I've tried a lot of camis, and my favorite is consitantly some I get at Kohls. The website only has two colors right now, but there are like 10 colors in the store. They're in the junior's dept...they're just the right length IMO... I can tuck them into my pants/skirt or leave them untucked, and it doesn't budge all day - no riding up or down. 4% spandex

If you want something with a shelf bra, I love, love, love the ones at NY & Co. They're pretty inexpensive, and they always seem to have a "buy one, get one half off" deal. They come in a range of colors and now, apparently, two lengths.
If you don't need a shelf bra...I'm afraid I am no help. My girls need support so I either have to wear a regular bra or use one of these, and I tried a lot of camis before finding one with a shelf bra that gave decent support.
They're scoop necks, non-ribbed, and they totally don't ride up.

I like the ones from the Limited. They are a stretchy material and don't ride up while giving me a streamlined look. They come in tons of colors and do not have a shelf bra.
