Holiday Party Food?
Permalink Closed

Okay,

We are having a large holiday party 20+ people.  Our time is 6-9 p.m. to accommodate a friend who is having a party later that night.  Obviously, I need substantive stuff here.

So far, DH has come up with - catered fajita bar.  Somehow, I'm not sure about this...

Here are some of my ideas - tell me what else you would like to eat!

tiny cupcakes from the best bakery in the world - in garish holiday colors

Red/White/Sparkling wine (rioja/malbec...) (vinho verde) and PROSECCO - my favorite ever.

guacamole, pico de gallo and chips (I do live in LA)

cheeses - and bread

So, now I'm thinking the fajitas make sense...although they are tough to eat with a drink in your hand...

Help!
