Does anyone know if Bulga has a cleaning/repair service? I've tried to contact them twice (via email) and haven't gotten a response (this is a major pet peeve with me).

remember when these first came out?  i got the coraly/orange one and it needed cleaned ASAP.  i never got a straight response from bulga and i finally had it cleaned at my local shoe/leather repair shop.  the guy didn't want to do it b/c he felt it would compromise the quality but i insisted.  now its not near as soft and buttery as it once was but i feel like it will withstand the wear and tear a little better.

Shucks. The Coach cleaning/repair service is AWESOME. your bag comes out looking like new. I was hoping Bulga had something similar. Their CS sucks.
