I love #2...#1 has the potential to be really cute, but the one shoulder/bubble skirt combo scares me a bit...I'm not sure the average person could pull it off...

I really like both, but since its winter now...and even though youre in SoCal...I would get #2. #1 is more summery to me. (but it is beautiful)
