comfortable wedges?

Can anyone recommend something for me based on personal experiences?  I would like something w/at least a 3" heel (but no more than 4"), and possible the rubbery wedge that is really comfortable.  I'm not super picky, but if they're not gorgeous, i want them to be decently priced.  For a pair of wide leg pants- i need to be able to walk in them (at least 5 miles!!)  something orthopedic and ugly is almost preferred to something too "cute", and i prefer suedes, but like i said, not too picky.

i'm not sure if boots would work, but i have these aerosoles boots and they are so comfy, i can wear them all day w/out any pain....
they also come in dark brown and black...hth:)
