This has happened several times to me now and I'm starting to get irritated.
So, I go to a site like shoemall.com or revolveclothing.com and tryto buy something only to find out that they're out of stock in the size I'm looking for. However, when I try to buy it from them THROUGH amazon, then it's available. The crappy thing is that I'm not able to use any codes when it goes through amazon like that, and it makes returns/credits back to your account way more complicated and time consuming.
wow that is crappy! Maybe amazon doesnt have the updated information so they would cancel your purchase once revolve notified them it wasnt available???

See, that's what I thought would happen ..but no! I actually got the items, which makes me all the more perplexed.
for a store like activeendeavors, i would call them. they're super nice whenever i'm in the store. i wonder if they even know that's happening?

That happened to me with Pink Mascara, the item was sold out on their site, but was available through Amazon. When I called them they said Amazon is not updated on their site. That's weird that you got the items though.

Yeah, one prior time this happened with shoemall.com and I actually called and they said they were out of stock. So, I thought for sure my order would be cancelled..but nope..the shoes arrived.
I guess this just a freak occurance that has happened to me more than once. What are the odds?
