sorry, the jacket. just basically looking for a short sleeved blazer.. doesn't have to be velour or velvet, but i would like it to.

Forever21 has a bunch of velvet jackets online- however, most come in only black or black and brown. Maybe check out the store if you have on near you. They always have different stuff there.
