Perez Hilton posted this earlier today and I was horrified when I saw the video.  I'm glad at least that people got up and left.  I expect (and hope) that Richards will face some serious backlash over this.

i couldn't bring myself to actually play the video.  i wish he were more popular following 'seinfeld,' just so he would've actually been in a place to fall significantly from grace.  what a pig.

sometimes I wonder if this kind of thing is a stunt for publicity - look at all the press that Mel Gibson got, and I'm sure Michael Richards is in need of some publicity...


that aside, it's awful, and it's horrible that he acted this way regardless of the motivation. it reminds me of what I saw on ANTM last night about how the Spanish model didn't want to kiss the ANTM model because she was black - it just astounds me that people think this way.
