I say no, but I am going to give you a good reason.  They are blatant knock off of the Chanel quilted flats.  I love the Chanel ones, but I can never get on board with an exact replica of a designer item.  Something about knowing it takes the quality/cute factor out of it for me.

The sides of the shoe are too high to be cute, IMO.  I think they end up looking a little "mature."  They might look okay with pants that cover that part, but because the sides are higher, I think they'd really shorten the leg when worn with skirts.
