Aloha Rag Question (Chloe Paddington)

My parents have agreed to buy me a Chloe Paddington for Christmas. I told my Dad to email the people at Aloha Rag, per the instructions located on the page of the bag I want. I think he emailed them on Tuesday, and he still hasn't heard back.

For those of you who've shopped at Aloha Rag, (esp for Paddington's), how long did it take for them to contact you?

Has anyone had any luck calling them? I gave my Dad the phone number, since they haven't yet responded to his email.

Also, if you've bought a Pad. from AR, what sort of documentation did they provide you? Thanks!!

I cannot find it. From what I recall, they had a form I filled out and faxed to them with my credit card and mailing info. I would call and find out how to make it happen. Remember they are 5 hours behind eastern time, so take that into account as well.

Are you getting a black one with gold lock, or the solid black lock? Because I saw the black bag with black lock at Nordstrom. Not sure if you'd rather have him do a charge send than mess with Hawaii.

Thanks z4. I am getting the black one with the gold lock. Initially I was going to get the black with black lock, but I changed my mind. I'm pretty sure the MOA Nordies has both, but they are both about $200 cheaper on AR, plus no tax.


D, I'll definitely have my Dad call. I warned him about the time difference too.

D, did you feel comfortable with their service? I think I might go with Net-a-Porter. I had my dad call AR, and he said some man answered, but didn't seem to know much about anything. I was hoping to get it from AR b/c it's $140 cheaper than NAP. :(

first of all, I have purchased several high-end bags from bluefly and never received a fake.


secondly, I was nervous about ordering from AR, but at the time, paddingtons were sold out and impossible to find...


I would not hesitate for a second to buy through bluefly. plus it helps support ST.


You're better off safe than sorry even if you spend a little more.
