It isnt legal. It is sad to think of how many people get ripped off , actually believing the liars who sell fake stuff.

Tons of stuff on eBay claims to be authentic even though it isn't, which of course isn't legal. That's why buyers have to really research what they're buying. I'm sure some sucker out there actually thinks her $60 MJ bag is real because she doesn't know any better.

there's a slew of "Stams" on ebay for $57 BIN, but the shipping is $43.  that's crazy and obnoxious (and i think also against ebay policy - gauging on shipping, that is), but even at $100, they can't be real.
