it's not like they have stock - it's like they're all returns or something. well, I guess they did have stock of some flats, like ballet slippers, and there seemed to be more than one on the shelf of some summer shoes. I think what happens is people order things on-line and return them in-store (I know I have) and they just put them on the floor vs. sending them back. I also now have 2 anthros within 2 miles of me. One is in a mall (The Somerset Collection) and the other is in downtown Birmingham (quaint, pricey shopping district.)  So it's possible that maybe they stock shoes in high performing stores?

In keeping with my recent free people obsession, I bought these two items on sale @ Macy's.

A word of caution: I was so excited by this perfect black tee with a great burnout effect, that I wore it without washing with my favorite shrunken pinstripe blazer and a white ON tank top. The dye from the fp shirt wore off on my tank and the white cotton lining of my jacket, staining them magenta.
I love that jacket and only hope that the cleaner can get it out. As for the offending garmet, I still love it and hope after washing, there will be hope for it again. I currently have it isolated from the rest of my laundry.

I don't know if I posted this when I bought it, but it just came in the mail yesterday and I am in love with it. Mine has pinstripes, which I didn't expect when I bought it but are just icing in the cake. Pinstripes has catapulted its status from "kind of fun pink bra I might as well buy because I'm getting a good deal" to "AMAZING new favorie thing"

Just a tank top at target (for $4 baby!) and a super-cute shower curtain, which has a map of the world on it. Clearly, my Target ban is not going well.

oh SO jealous of that leather hoodie. It's absolutely gorgeous. Good score! Are you in LA? I wish there was a mike & chris SS here in NY. Boo.
