I've ordered from them a couple of times and they have really fast shipping.  I haven't had to deal with the customer service so I'm not sure how they do in that area.  I'll for sure order from them again though (via the stylethread link from now on of course :) ).

I just ordered a flatiron from them a couple of weeks ago (wish the link had been up then!).  The shipping was definitely super fast and the pricing was good.  They had a tons of reviews for each of the products I was looking at, which I found really helpful.  I don't have any experience with their customer service either as I didn't encounter any problems (which I guess is a good thing!)
