Did you make sure that the seller of the shoes you selected was amazon.com?  It doesn't work if the shoes aren't directly from amazon.  You can select the seller on the left hand side of the screen.  The code worked for me on Friday.

Thank you so much needsfashionadvice!  You were right.  I re-did my order and it worked!  I also totally changed my mind (I so wanted those first boots but the code didn't work on them) sooo...I bought these:



 


The Oh Deer Christian Louboutin knock-offs.  Total was $38.xx....
