I'm looking for some flat boots under $200. What do you think of these options?


Seychelles, $149.99 from Shoes.com


Or in black


Steve Madden, $144.99 from Shoes.com

The ones I loved the most were the Boden ones, but it sounds like from AllieGurl that they may not be available for aaages!


So any favorites? Have you seen any other good flat boots? Thanks in advance!

I like the first pair in either color. The straps around the ankles is why I chose them. I like a little extra details.

Not that I'm aware of, but that's what I'm looking for! Has anyone seen something close to the Bodens in black or brown? That's what I really want, but I don't want to wait for an indefinite amount of time...

I have the boden boots and they are very nice. I just looked on the site, and it looks like only certain sizes are out of stock or "low in stock" - you should check for your size.

I like the Seychelles. Very cool.

I was at Off 5th yesterday and they had a fantastic pair of flat boots for $199. LOVED them. They're also have a buy one get one 50% sale on shoes right now. I might go back for them. Anyhow, if you have one nearby, it would be worth checking out.

Thanks for all the advice, ladies! I'm not sure what I'm going to end up doing -- perhaps wait a few days and maybe a great coupon code or re-stocking at Boden will make up my mind. Sigh! I don't live nearby an Off 5th otherwise I'd definitely check it out.

And let me know if you see any other stand out flat boots while you're out there shopping.

Ahhh thank you! That could be what pushes me over the edge...! If only I didn't have to buy so many other things this week that are not clothes...
