OMG! That purse makes me sad. Like I know it's lizard skin and I know hamburger comes from cow but I dont want my burger to moo when I eat it. Scary.

That needs clarification: A very wealthy friend of the family died about a year ago. My family was basically the only people who stepped up to help clean out her house and handle her affairs. So while we were cleaning out her house, there was just so much stuff, because she loved to shop. Things like the alligator purse, my mom kept. Not because she has any desire to actually ever carry that sort of thing around, but a genuine alligator purse doesn't really seem like something you can chuck in the garbage, you know? So we have a lot of horrendously ugly but also very expensive things just hanging around our house.

Hmm... maybe, but If I had a box with a head sitting on my dresser, I might get nightmares!

Maybe we'll Ebay it at some point, it's just sitting in a closet because no one knows what to do with it, or even really wants to touch it
