anyone still watching the oc?

i'm feeling pretty unenthused about it...i finally watched last week's episode.


anyway, main reason i'm posting is that i'm confused...did summer and seth break up?  i can't remember...they waited too long to start the season, i can't remember what was happening besides marissa dying.

I don't know if they have actually broken up, but Seth did say something about Summer wanting "space."  I think they are just drifting apart because of Marissa's death.  Summer seemed really uncomfortable the whole time she was home in the OC.  I think she feels college is her chance to get away from it and start over. 


I got really sick of it last season but I have high hopes for this season.  Seth and Summer growing apart makes me really sad, for some strange reason.

Me me! Even when The O.C. is boring, I still watch it because I love it so much.


I also have high hopes for this season. I thought the first episode was pretty good, but I don't like this new Summer! She's so different than the old Summer, and I just can't see her changing that much.


Valenciana, I think jacl's right. I think Summer wanted space, and since Marissa's death everyone seems different.


jacl, seth and summer growing apart makes me sad too! I love S&S. It's just not right that they're not really together.
