Okay, this outfit is too drab and needs a splash of something, but what? I'm at a loss with Olive...
Thin Gray cowl neck sweater, not quite tunic length, but longish.
Olive trousers with slim legs
black stacked heel round toes with nude fishnets under.
It needs some color, but I can't wear a scarf, necklace or long earring due to the cowl, and a bracelet wouldn't really show well. Sure a colorful purse would help, but my officemates won't see that when I'm sitting at my desk. I don't have a colorful belt to throw over top, but might have to pick one up.
The easiest thing that I can see is to change the shoes. Not knowing the exact colors of the gray and olive, I would think that purple would look great. Or even teal. I would play around with color with your shoes since the rest of the outfit is pretty neutral (not bland!!).

a bright headband, colored shoes, and maybe small delicate-ish dangly earrings and a cool cuff bracelet- you could roll your sleeves up a little to show it off. I would think deep teal, plum, or red would all be cute.
