Navy and black totally work together.  The pieces that you show should be lightened up somehow, though.  Maybe a cream lace cami peaking out the top, or a funky patterned bag and a couple big long dangling necklaces.

I really like navy and black together. I would wear it more often but I feel morbid from all the dark colors.

I remember Lucky did something on mixing the colors and they paired a navy blue sweater w/a black skirt and added a deep teal shoe. The combination was quite stunning. Maybe a slingback would work w/the outfit if you do not have a certain shoe in mind.
