Trying....again....

So, I'm trying once again to grow my hair out.  It seems to be a losing battle evertime I try but I always think maybe I can do it this time.  Plus, I don't want to have the same hair all the time...My hair is currently shorter in the back, the sides are around the bottom of my ears and my bangs are at the top of my cheekbone.  It's a little layer so it not just flat.  It's similar to Kiera Knightly's hair when she had it short.

My questions...I'm looking for a chin length or higher style that can be my first goal to grow into.  Second, what are some good tricks for hair that is growing out?  I've done scarves and will do that again but what else?

thanks!

Scarves, headbands, and bobby pins are my great friends when growing a style out.

I love thick headbands and they're everywhere now!

I tried a headband out yesterday and it turned out really good.  I'll have to find a couple more.  As far as bobby pins, do you guys use them to sweep over the bang area or something else?

I've found taking double-doses of prenatal vitamins helps hair grow really fast, and thicker. Have fun! I love long hair and would NEVER go back.
