Not to enable (but I will anyway ), but I like both.  I think they actually look very different.  The black one has a nice, structured quality and looks like it's a classic.  The oatmeal one looks a bit more rustic, but I LOVE it with the strands of pearls and the chain the model is wearing with it. 

So get both! 

ETA:  I guess if you can only get one, I say go with the oatmeal color.  (Not sure if that's what the color is called, but that's what it looks like to me.)  I think that color will look good with pants and skirts and it looks like it can be dressed up or down easier than the black.  I can totally see it with skinny jeans and boots, or a light, breezy dress.

I like both of them too, but if I had to buy one, I'd go for the black.
