I ordered a pair of boots from shoes.com and they sent the wrong size. I returned them over a week ago. According to UPS, they were received by shoes.com last Monday. They still have not processed the return. Is this normal? The thing is, I really need boots and the allowance I gave myself is tied up in this return.
Oooh that really stinks! I've always had very good experiences with them, so I think I would call their customer service number to see what is going on? Good luck!
