Definetly check out Ann Taylor Loft and NY & Co. They both have a good selection of business casual and their clothing tends to go into higher sizes and run rather large in general so that may help you out too.

Hi Tia- Plus sized fashion has changed considerably over the years, you can find adorable things in most stores, and size 16 or 14W isn't really that much bigger than a 12 or 14.
First, determine your body type and some of your best looks. Hourglass, pear shaped and inverted triangle are different shapes that have different best looks. Find a profile and stick to it. If you're a gal with great legs and a busty top you might love pencil skirts and loose tops. If you have a small top and heavy legs, long skirts and fitted tops or blazers might rule for you.
Stores with plus sizes include Nordstroms, Macys, Penneys, Torrid, Target, Forth and Towne, Gap (online only), Fashion Bug, Alight (online) B and Lu (online), and many others.
Don't forget to exercise, an athetic, toned body is always in style, no matter what size the label says.

I wasn't going to say anything about this, but seriously...

I wanted to second NY&Co. Their sizes run large and they have wonderful basics for business casual. Plus, they always have offers for $$ off, which is always super. Be sure to post your finds!

Thanks everyone. I'm going to try some of these styles and see what I can find.

I'm definitely larger on top than on bottom. I have broad shoulders and a large chest, so often have to go with a larger size on top.

I'm trying to build up a collection of pictures of what I currently wear so hopefully I can get some "specific" to me advice.

I would suggest looking at the threadstyle posts to get inpired. I take ideas from many of the pics I see here and on stylediary. Although I won't fit into the size that many of the girls here would, I can find similiar items in my size or just get color schemes, concepts, and ideas and incorporate them into me, my lifestyle, and size.
