navy jersey dress

I have a navy blue jersey dress.  It is not dark navy but just average.  I was thinking about wearing it with a pair of purple suede heels I have.  If I do, should I just wear very sheer nude hose or do you think gray tights would work? 


I also thought about wearing it with these black floral hose and black heels, but I am not sure. 


 


What do you think would be the best choice or does anyone have any other ideas?  Please help.

I like the idea of the black floral hose and black heels, because I like navy and black together.

I also think navy and purple look good together, and I think probably gray or nude would work, but I would probably just do nude because then the richness of the navy and purple would be split up a bit (if that makes sense... I'm trying to picture it in my head).
