i am new here and have a question. i bought a cute jumper/sheath dress from Bebe in black. i wish i knew how to post a pic.......i want to wear it with tights and some kind of shirt underneath....any suggestions? TIA without any pics.

My favorite look with jumpers is to wear a turtleneck underneath.

that is it.......
i love the satin shirt with it to dress it up. i also like the idea of a turtleneck with it but alas they make me look hobbit-ish.
