The Hand Maid bag may not have worked for me, but I thought I would share that they give great customer service.  I was concerned about a return because their return policy states that it has to be returned within 10 days.  Even though I was a little past 10 days, they were super cooperative, communicative, and prompt in regard to my return inquiry.  I just received an e-mail confirming they received my bag and are refunding me in full. Had the customer service been any less accommodating, I would not consider another Hand Maid purchase.  Knowing how good they are to work with left me with a very good impression of their company and I would not hesitate to order from them again.  I'm a big fan of good service
