tipping movers?

Okay, I'm clueless.  I've never had movers move me, I've always done it myself.  My company is paying for movers this time.  So, do I tip them?  I have a spending allowance and the policy said I could you this to tip the movers.  But how much?  I don't have much to move, I live in a 1 BR condo.

I tipped my movers that shipped our stuff $10 each, however, they didn't pack anything NOR did they have any boxes.  The guys who delivered our stuff were extremely helpful & got $20 each.  Not a lot, but they were much more helpful than the shipping movers.

If they packed and moved all your stuff I would say $30 to $40 each person.

well when i moved, the movers literally destroyed several pieces of our furniture AND were unexcusebly late showing up at both ends, so i never would have considered tipping them anyway, but i'd definitely tip a little more if they pack your stuff and a bit less if you pack your own boxes.  (and also inspect everything before they leave so you don't end up with ruined furniture like me!!!)
