I got this email this morning, do we think it's legit?

I would call customer service and ask them. That should let you know right away .. If it isnt real they will probably ask you to forward the email to there fraud dept.

I live in Chicago and received the same e-mail this morning from the GAP.  Maybe it's because I have a GAP card? It's seemed legit since it orginated with the GAP e-mail address.


BTW-  Hi!  I'm new here.  Just wanted to say that I really enjoy this site and hope to be part of it!

The e-mail and company appear to be completely legit. The information they are asking for isn't that threatening. I have conducted and participated in many focus groups and this is a typical approach.  I wouldn't bother calling the GAP companies' customer service as marketing typically would not communicate a focus group endeavor to CSRs.  I would respond - you might make $50 or something for an hour's time.

This is what I though too, the info is pretty much public, and it might be something I'd like to participate in. I sent it back. I'll let you guys know if anything comes of it.
