I highly doubt this is real. Most online surveys pay out $5 max. This is probably a fake Myspace page to use as an advertisement or somebody part of the chain.

ETA: The only truth of possibly getting $45 for a survey is some survey sites will have a drawing to win cash prizes for submitted surveys.

Legitimate survey places will only let you do surveys every so often so you would never really make $400 a week. Also, people conducting surveys are usually looking for a target group so you wouldn't always qualify. Usually when it sounds too good to be true, it is.

Everyone is right. I make about $2-$5 per survey (sometimes $10 Amazon GC) but it is about 2 survey's a month which is about $10 a month if that. I am on a few reward sites where you make money for clicking links or signing up to receive spam email (I use a separate fake email account for these) and I have gotten ~$75 in GCs from one, $50 in GCs to another and am working on another set of GCs around december.
