i'm having a love/hate relationship with it. at first glance i feel like it's grandma...but done right it could be cute and quirky. it does have serious fug potential though, so it's walking a fine line. i'd absolutely wear a turtleneck underneath for fall/winter.

who makes it? right now i don't think it is worth $133 based on looks alone.
