While I was out shopping today, I found a DSW Rewards certificate for $20 off a purchase. Can I redeem it if my name's not on it? If I pay cash? The DSW number is on the on the front, so they wouldn't ask me for my ph # to look me up, right?
Should I just mail it to the person who lost it (their address is on it) or do I keep it?
I don't want shoes with bad Karma, but I do like $20 off a pair of shoes!
I'm not sure if they would ask for any info but, me, I'd send it back to the person who lost it. I think lately I've learned that what goes around comes around.
Were you at DSW? I know I leave coupons at shops where I'm not going to use them so that someone else can benefit - but usually it's something I pull out of a mag like ON or NY&Co - not something with my address on it. If you feel guilty or believe in the karma issue why don't you just become a rewards member (it's free) & they will send you one of your very own?

I'd be SO upset if I lost my DSW reward certificate and I'd be so happy if someone was nice enough to take the time to return it! It's a great program, you should definitely check it out. At ten points per dollar, the owner spent a bit to get to $20. I'm not even sure if you could use it, they ask for your card to credit the day's purchase for the reward. Might be hard to explain? My vote...pop it in the mail.
