Thanks so much for all your help.  Actually, I am getting some similar to the first ones.  I am getting these from gap:


  I posted them awhile back and realized I could get them cheaper that the first ninewest ones I posted.  I like the 2nd pair I posted, but I found out that the ankle strap is not removable.
