mmmmm. i kir.
if i'm not drinking red wine, a black russian (vodka + kahlua) is my standard.
I normally like a glass of champagne. It's not too sweet, and it goes well with most appetizers. I'm also partial to a kir or a gin & tonic if it's summer.
What is this? I've never heard of mixing the two before. What does it taste like? its really yummy because the diet coke isn't too overly sweet. I'm not a big fan of Coke as a mix, in general but I really like this. Also vanilla vodka and diet coke is steller too.
If I need to pick a random drink I just sample from the Martini bar or order a nice red wine to start with. I could name a lot of really good drinks but they are not really nice dinner appropriate.
