It is just English 102. It can be on virtually any topic but i just enough info to write a decent length of paper.

I did one over how we've become "slaves to technology"....I talked about how important cell phones are today, how email has completely replaced letter writing, how obsessed people are with the internet, chat rooms, discussion boards, etc...(none of us are guilty of this I'm sure :) )


I would use stats on cell phone/computer usage in 1995, 2000, and 2005...surely they're available online...


You could talk about how people have replaced dating or going out with myspace or online dating...


I think these are topics that have a lot of easy to find research....

I would tell a personal story and how it had an impact on your life.  Words always flow easier when writing papers of that type.
