My viewpoint commitee and I want to have a Comapny Halloween party two weeks from tommorow. Its going to be a costume party, lots of food. But any ideas on activites to do at the party. Maybe play a scary movie, bob for apples??? The employees ages range from 16 to 50 years old.
I think bobbing for apples is a classic! I don't know about the movie, though, some people might not want to watch it but they'd be forced to sit there for an hour or two and watch it anyway. What about a costume contest, or a jack-o-lantern carving contest? Or use toilet paper and have a mummy-wrapping contest.

pumpkin carving would be fun. bobbing for apples might, although i can't see many people wanting to dunk their head under water at the office.
lol, the movie thing reminds me of the episode of the office a couple weeks ago where michael was doing "movie mondays" and making everyone watch a half hour of varsity blues every week.

I love the idea of the mummy wrapping contest!!!
At my old job we always passed out yummy caramel apples at our Halloween party and they were a HUGE hit!! Just be sure to get some with and without nuts because of people's allergies. Have fun!!

Instead of bobing for apples, you can try to eat a donut off a sting (hanging from the ceiling) without dropping any of it on the floor. Then, instead of a wet head, you just have to dust your face for sugar (we always used the spice donuts from a cider mill).
As someone who HATES scary movies, I vote on NOT showing one. I would leave if I were a guest. (I'm chicken)
