I'm so freaking excited, I have to share!


I popped into Belk after work today to look at belts and I found a cute one for $18 and it was 40% off that.  Then, I walked by the shoes and they had a bunch on the clearance rack and I saw these beauties:



I thought they were pretty so I took a closer look and they're Cole Haan Nike Airs.  Sweet, right?  And they fit!  So, score.  But there were no tags on them, nor was the box around, so I asked the salesman how much they were and he took them to the back to look them up and they were $49, but 40% off that, so they ended up being $29!  This guy was in his late 50s probably, but I was so shocked at the price I yelled "SHUT UP!!!!"  His response? .......

"I know!  That's a better deal than you could shake a hickory stick at!"


  Geez, the South cracks me up.

Great find!  I own them in black too and I love them.  They are so great and comfy...but still really sharp.  I own them in gold too...it's definitely a less subtle look, but they really perk up a boring work outfit.
