I voted trash. I think it could be cute, but the proportions of the shirt and skirt seem off to me.

I think the way the bow gathers the fabric towards the tummy is really unflattering, I voted no.

i didn't vote because i am torn in half with this outfit.  i love the top, hate the skirt.  loke the shoes but not with this outfit at all.

There is too much going on.  The top should have just been paired with some sleek pants and plain red pumps, not with a frilly skirt and shoes with a bow on them as well!  Looking at this outfit gives me stress!

i think it wouldve looked a lot better with a pencil skirt.  i am loving the top.  i dont think its unflattering at all...
