My sweet and loving Pug ate my only pair of brown heels so I have to get a new pair.  Does anyone have a review on these?  They are called Barb.  TIA!!

Aw, R.I.P. brown heels!

I have a similar version of these. Mine are the open-toe Barb with the slingbacks. I really like them. They are pretty comfortable and seem to be holding up well. I say go for it!

I have those in black patent w/ cork. I had to go a half size up from my normal size. I do like them, and they're comfortable for the height.

I had them in the black patent and they were soo uncomfortable. I tried sizing up, but they were unbearable..And I'm used to wearing heels. So I don't know...

This was my experience with them also and I wear heels every day.  I wore them once and they hurt my feet soo badly that I can't imagine trying to wear them again.

I have the barbs that first came out in the spring (the black w/cork that caused all the craze).  I took a 7 in them I'm pretty sure.  I agree they are pretty darn uncomfortable though!  I've only worn them a couple of times b/c every time I end up with aching feet.
I did see the JS Ladonna with the faux tortoiseshell heel and I'm in love.  I might cave in and get those even though they might be uncomfy....

Oh, I just remembered... I bought a very similar pair by Marc Fisher at Field's a few weeks ago.  They are platforms, come in black and brown and have a red sole a la louboutin.  They're $79.  They are way more comfy than the JS.  You should check them out.

I have those in platinum, they're called Amy. They're my most comfortable heels.

PS -  I have a pair of the slingbacks too (red patent Amy) and they are way more comfy than the pumps.  Oh, and if you want, you can borrow my barbs this wkd. to see whether they're comfy or not for you.
