I've seen it IRL and would practically be knee length on me.  I'd also wear a slip or something underneath because buttons on something worn as a dress make me nervous.

I think it is very cute and very you.  I would definately wear a slip or something underneath because of those buttons.

I love it as a dress. You could do a lot with it....belts, colors, accessories!
