I'm not particularly fond of the tie in the front. Can you remove it or tie it in the back? I do like the cutaway in the front, though. I really like the skirt but would it be too much red all at once? It's hard to tell from the pic...

I don't really care for the jacket.  Something about it isn't right to me.  I do like the skirt though.  That would be awesome with a red turtleneck, a black belt around the tneck and some boots.

I like it but if you could remove the belt or tie it in the back it would look better.
