I love the houndstooth dress! I don't have any way to measure anything right now though (and I don't have any dresses with me). Is it a true 10 or does it run small? I'm usually a 4/6.

i would say it's more of an 8. (since it is petite) i just tried it on a smaller mannequin than the one it is pictured on, and while it could be worn more shift like than fitted, i think it looks a little too big for it.
