baby wipes in carry on?

This probably doesnt belong here but this is where the most traffic is........


Can I take baby wipes in my carry on?  I have no idea what category these fall under and with all these new travel restrictions its so hard to keep up.

They've refined the ban on liquids.. you are allowed travel sized toiletries but they have to be in a zip lock bag. I think you are ok w/ baby wipes.

You know I did look at the TSA site but it wasn't clear if I had to include these in the zip lock bag and if it had to be under 3 oz?

I had glosses that weren't included in a ziploc when I flew on Sunday & it was no problem at all. I would put maybe put them in the baggie going through security & then put them whereever you want after that. It got very relaxed very quickly IMHO. I went through security at DFW & in Vegas where I have found it to be pretty strict usually......

Can you get one of those travel rolls of them so you fulfill the 3 oz requirement. And would you be heartbroken if they took them from you? I imagine that's the worst they would do.

ETA: sorry - not being a mom it didn't occur to me at first glance these might be for an actual BABY, in which case I imagine it would suck if they took them. Aren't there specific rules for diaper bags?
