J Crew ruffle jacket -- Review?

Has anyone seen this jacket IRL?  It was in Lucky and I'm thinking of getting it, despite the price.    I'm mostly worried about the sleeves being long enough...

I tried it on this weekend but for some reason nothing was steamed well in the Pasadena store so I couldn't get past the "been sitting in a heap for a week" look. I have long arms and had no problem there but I did feel the shoulders were a little narrow for my taste and I'm not wide shouldered.

I've found that J.Crew jackets often have narrow shoulders. Especially in Petites, but also across the board.

They do have a very liberal return policy though, and I think there's a free ship over $175 code out there. (I can probably find it if you need it)

So it can't hurt to try!
