Calling all plus girls....

The quest to find my perfect fall jeans is getting longer and harder :( I was wondering what you prefer, so I can get some ideas. I wear a size 16 . I would give all my clothes away for one pair of Paper Denim Cloth jeans..but I am ...well "too curvy". So I am always looking for something similar. Price is not an issue at this point.  Apparently they must think we curvy girls don't need a bad ass pair of jeans..hmmmm.

I usually wear GAP ( or atleast one pair that I have worn to death) I recently ordered from AE ( too low), a pair from Alloy ( which are the PERFECT wash,. but almost too stretchy), anyway the list goes on and on. I love for my jeans to be worn looking..and LOVE the back pocket emb. I feel like I have been looking everywhere! ( online that is, I live overseas and cannot actually try them on...hence the problem!) Any suggestions???? Please help!!

Try www.grechenscloset.com .   It's another fashion site, but I think she may be curvy if I remember correctly.

If you're interested in going higher-end, you may want to take a look at Seven bootcuts for men. They are EAXCTLY the same as the women's pairs and you'll be able to get a pair in your size (I *think* you'd be a 36 but I'm not sure).

My BF is built pretty slim. We've noticed that the womens' jeans are cheaper than the mens' jeans generally so we wanted to see if he could just get a 32 from the womens' dept. as opposed to the mens'. We lined them up side by side and lo and behold they are exactly the same. I can only confirm this with Seven bootcuts though...nothing else. I think it's worth a shot and I know that women do this all the time because I always see mens' jeans in the womens' departments.

Lane Bryant carries a line of Sevens too - from size 12 up. It looks like they are on sale right now too.

Seven bootcut. I swear it's nothing fancy. This is the pair we used for comparison purposes. (wash is NY Dark)

I think the fit on this pair looks very promising. As a woman, you'll fill it out a bit differently.
