Rachel Pally Care Question
Permalink Closed

I bought a kimono dress by Rachel Pally earlier this summer and I love it! It's so comfortable and flattering and versatile and I always get so many compliments whenever I wear it.

But now it's pilling! Ah!! I've only worn it around four or five times. Lilykind or others who have Rachel Pally, is this a common problem? Is there anything I can do?!

i had a similar problem with the RP genie pants...the only thing ive tried is dry cleaning it, which seems to help a little.

Oh man, I'd be pissed since her stuff is up there in price. I hate when stuff pills- after 5 wears, that is just ridiculous. I don't have any suggestions, but, ugh!

I asked Rachel and all her helpers at the sales what they do.

They ALL told me to wash on gentle/delicate cycle with normal detergent (Woolite would probably be good too) and tumble dry.

I'm absolutely serious. The newer RP dresses that I've only washed this way haven't pilled at all.
