What should I do with this shirt? IRL pic

I'm at a loss with this top.  I like the fit and the length, but I can't think of anything to wear with it besides jeans and a tank.  I want to wear it out for drinks Saturday night.  It's navy and a slate/gray blue, and sheer.  Sorry for the HUGE pic! Any suggestions?
